Black Walnut Trestle Table

This trestle table was crafted from two book match black walnut slabs. A chamfer profile was chosen to provide an esthetic edge. Inlayed into the bottom of the table are two large pieces of c-channel attached by threaded inserts and stainless steel bolts to ensure the large slabs are stabilized. The trestle base of the table is constructed of solid walnut as well.
